At Cacavo, ice cream is created as an expression of respect for ingredients and taste.
Every taste starts at the source. We choose the noblest ingredients – fruit, milk and nuts from proven sources, often single origin – because we believe that true excellence comes from authenticity.
Our recipes are thoughtfully and restrainedly designed. We reduce the use of additives, emulsifiers and excess sugar so that the natural character of the ingredients can shine through. The taste remains full, balanced and elegant.
The ice cream is made in a careful, daily production process, freshly prepared at each location. This process takes time, precision and patience – values that are reflected in every portion.
