Our hot chocolate is one of the most recognisable expressions of the Cacao character.
It is designed with a higher proportion of real chocolate and a richer preparation, creating a full, luxurious and intense flavour.
We use premium chocolate from Santo Domingo, known for its deep flavour and distinctive character. It is this chocolate that remains at the heart of every cup.
All the variations we offer – from spiced to fruity interpretations – are thoughtful upgrades to the basic recipe. They never obscure the point, but rather emphasise and enrich it.
